In relation to Hilmarc's Construction Corporation’s commitment to protect your personal information, HCC employs the following security measures every time you access your Data Privacy Portal account for training and awareness.

         I, hereby voluntarily provide my personal information to create a log-in information to access the Data Privacy Portal for the purpose of Data Privacy Non-Disclosure Agreement, Data Privacy Consent, Awareness and Training. The user undertakes to submit any change or update on his/her personal information, as an additional security feature of the Data Privacy Portal, you need to send and email directly to the Data Privacy Department dpo@hcc.com.ph for any change or update of your personal information.

         This is a department order that will be carried out by the AHRD in compliance with the DPA of 2012. A non-compliant employee will bear the sanctions of violating Section 5 B:5 and Section 10 of the Blue Book (Employee’s Handbook).
